1. Information You Submit

When you request a consultation or quote, we collect your full name, email, phone, property address, average monthly electricity bill range, and any message you include.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we and our third-party providers automatically collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location, and advertising identifiers (gclid, fbclid, UTM parameters). We do not load these technologies until you consent through our cookie banner, except what is strictly necessary for the site to function.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand site usage and measure advertising. These tools set cookies and transmit the information in Section 2 to Google and Meta. You may accept or decline using the cookie banner and change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in our footer. We do not load these tools until you consent.

4. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, prepare solar assessments, follow up by phone/email/text as consented to, measure and improve our website and advertising, and comply with law.

5. How We Share Information

We share automatically collected information with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. Form submissions are shared only with authorized AMPWRX staff and service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information for money.
